How can I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is quick and easy. You can choose any of the following options:

Why do you include a full consultation in your in-person treatments instead of a separate charge/appointment?
We firmly stand by the principle that the consultation shouldn't be an additional cost or appointment. It's during this dedicated time that we gain valuable insights into your skin type and concerns, enabling us to tailor our products, tools and technologies to your unique skin.

Can I have a treatment or virtual consultation if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes – we can safely support your skin during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As some modalities aren’t suitable in early pregnancy and certain circumstances may require additional guidance, we ask that you get in touch before booking so we can advise you individually. Please email info@sophietaylorskin.com so we can discuss the best and safest options for you. Virtual skin consultations remain completely safe, and we can always create a personalised home-care routine to support your skin throughout your pregnancy.

Can I have a treatment or virtual consultation if I am taking Isotretinoin/Accutane?
Unfortunately, no, if you are taking Isotretinoin/Accutane, you will need to have finished your course for 12 months and/or have a letter from your doctor before booking in with us.

If I arrive late, can I still have my treatment?
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we want you to know that we will do everything we can to help. If there is availability, we will try to fit you in without disrupting other appointments.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you can’t make it to your appointment, we ask that you allow us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another client.
Please note: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service will be charged for missed appointments or for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. For more information, please see our studio and store policies.

What should I do before my appointment?
Once you’ve booked your appointment, you will receive pre-treatment instructions in your inbox. You will also receive pre-treatment forms to fill out at least 48 hours before your appointment.

What should I do after my appointment?
You will receive post-treatment instructions immediately after your appointment that are personalised to you and the treatment you received on the day.

Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.

What shipping options do you offer and when will I receive my order?
We offer a flat rate shipping rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail tracked delivery. This ensures that your order can be carefully tracked and securely delivered to you. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

What should I know about product availability before placing my order?
Due to current space constraints, we may not always have every item physically in stock. However, we're dedicated to notifying you if any items in your order are temporarily unavailable. Rest assured, we're actively working to maintain up-to-date stock levels on our website, but this may not always be accurate.

Why don't you carry all of the products from certain brands? I'm looking for something specific but can't find it?
Whilst we love every brand we feature, we may not carry every single product within their range. Every product on our website has been meticulously tried, tested, and has surpassed our expectations. We've handpicked each product to ensure they deliver exceptional results and meet our stringent standards.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you would like to send your order directly to the recipient, please add details in the ‘additional notes’ section on the checkout page. We will pack your order with extra care and include a handwritten note, so the recipient knows it’s from you.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives and the product is incorrect or damaged, please retain the box, packaging materials, and products and email us at info@sophietaylorskin.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Incorrect product exchanges will only be accepted on a product that is unopened and unused.

How can I return a product I purchased online?
You have 21 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. Please make sure that the product remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please note that the shipping cost for returns is at the sender's expense. We recommend using recorded delivery to ensure the safe and trackable return of the item.
