• FIRST TIME CLIENTS | 45 MINUTES

  The first virtual consultation is 45 minutes long via GoogleMeet. During the consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into the whole picture of your skin. We’ll go over your current routine, skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, history, skin science and obviously you will be able to ask any questions that come to mind. After your consultation, you will receive a personalised skin guide covering everything from your new home-care routine to personalised recommendations regarding diet, lifestyle, supplements and more.

• RETURNING CLIENTS | 20 MINUTES

  Follow-up consultations are a great way to see how your skin is responding to treatment, increase frequency or product use and address your secondary skin concerns.

  During your follow-up 20 minute consultation, we’ll discuss how you’re responding to your new home-care products and treatment plan, plus update any medical forms or history if needed. At the end of this consultation, we'll adjust your home-care routine if needed and make any other amendments required to accelerate your skin journey.

We will ask you to send 3-4 photos of your skin prior to your consultation, but don’t worry - all instructions and details will be sent to your inbox after booking your appointment.

If you are looking to target or manage a specific skin concern from home, we recommend booking a virtual consultation once a month to match up with the life cycle of your skin cells; your skin's full life cycle takes on average four weeks. So, by the time you chat to Sophie at your next consultation, there will be a whole new layer of skin to work with which is essential when treating and managing skin concerns. This also allows us to track your progress and make amendments to your treatment plan and home-care if needed.

Sophie will always try and work with what products you currently have. However, if she thinks you could benefit from additional products to help you reach your skin goals, she will let you know at the end of your consultation.

As your skin is unique, there is no concrete answer to when you will see an improvement on more complex skin concerns. Stubborn skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation or photodamaged skin may take three to four months before you see serious results. We will take photos of your skin during the consultations to track your progress.
