ARE YOU NEW HERE?

If you’re thinking about booking in, but you don’t know where to start, this page is here to walk you through exactly how things work - from booking your appointment, to your first treatment, to what happens after you leave the studio.

Booking With Me:

All appointments can be booked online through my website. When you book, 50% of the treatment price is taken as a deposit to secure your appointment.

After booking, you’ll receive your medical form, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. These forms allow me to review your skin, medical history, and any potential contraindications in advance. If, after reviewing your forms, I feel a treatment isn’t suitable for you, or if I need further information from your GP or health practitioner, I’ll get in touch as soon as possible. If we’re unable to proceed safely, your deposit will be fully refunded.

All booking details, including studio location, parking information, what to wear, and what to avoid before your appointment, will be sent to you via email so everything is clear and stress-free.

Your First Appointment (90 Minutes):

Your first appointment with me is intentionally longer. Skin is complex, and meaningful results start with understanding.

The Consultation:

The consultation is an essential part of your treatment and is always included in your first treatment. This is where we take a proper deep dive into your skin. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your long-term goals, your existing skincare routine, and the lifestyle factors that may be influencing your skin. There are no lectures and no judgement here - I want to know everything, because the treatment plan I create needs to fit not just your skin, but your real life too.

The consultation also includes a cleanse and a detailed skin analysis under a magnifying lamp, allowing me to properly assess what’s happening beneath the surface before we begin treatment.

Your Facial:

The facial is a 60-minute, fully bespoke treatment. There is no fixed protocol and no one-size-fits-all approach - each facial is built collaboratively, based on your goals and my professional assessment of your skin. Every element is chosen with intention, always led by what your skin needs on the day. All facials include a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where needed, an eye treatment, serum, moisturiser, SPF, and carefully selected tools and technology tailored to you.

After your facial, the remaining balance can be paid either by card or cash, whichever is easiest for you. If you’d like to purchase any homecare products, these can be bought after your treatment if they’re in stock. If they are not in stock, I can take payment and ship them directly to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase any homecare products through my website at your convenience.

After Your Facial:

After your facial, your aftercare instructions will be sent directly to your email. I’ll also let you know when I’d like to see you next, in line with your treatment goals and your skin’s natural cycle, so we can continue building long-term, sustainable results together.

Within 24 hours, you’ll also receive your personalised skincare guide, skincare plan and skincare instructions. These are detailed documents tailored specifically to you and your concerns - your new skin bible. They cover everything you need to know about caring for your skin at home, so take your time reading through them.

Am I the right aesthetician for you?

My approach is best suited to you if you value long-term skin health over quick fixes. I won’t be performing strong chemical peels on your first visit, and I’m always thinking about what will support your skin.

You’ll feel most at home here if you prefer a calm, private, one-to-one environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions and understand your skin. My goal is for you to leave feeling confident not only in how your skin looks, but in how to care for it when I’m not around.

I’m honest, but more importantly, realistic. Any advice I give is designed to fit into your daily life - not take over it.

If you’re looking for miracles in 60 minutes, I may not be your aesthetician. But if you’re looking for thoughtful care, consistency, and guidance that actually makes sense in your daily life, I’d love to hear from you.

You’re in good hands.
